Accident Benefits for Individual Members
From 1st January 2008 individual CAMS / Licence holders can
elect to have additional coverage provided for Personal Accident insurance.

Directors and Officers / Association Liability
A D&O / Association Liability group insurance program is now
available for all CAMS affiliated clubs. For further information click on

Certificates
Generic certificates of insurance for the Combined Liability and Professional
Indemnity cover and the Group Personal Accident Cover are available by clicking
on the respective links to the left.
The following procedure applies for CAMS
State Managers to obtain personalised Certificates of Insurance for specific
events:-

Personalised Liability Certificate of Insurance" link

Complete the form provided and forward
either by email, fax or mail to Ian Poulton at OAMPS, (Email
ian_poulton@oamps.com.au, fax: 03 9412 2470 or mail to P O Box 852 East Melbourne Vic 8002). A copy of
the form should be sent to Sandra Lordanic at CAMS, (
Sandra.Lordanic@cams.com.au or Fax: 03
9593 7700).
Ian will return the certificate in PDF
format via email to the CAMS manager with a copy to Rosilyn.
